1. Ukubunjwa Kwezandla

2. Ukubunjwa Kokucindezela

3. I-Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)  

I-RTM ihlanganisa ukubeka i-fiberglass eqinisayo esikhunjeni esivaliwe, ukujova i-resin ukuze kukhule imicu, kanye nokwelapha. Inqubo ihlanganisa:

  • Ukubeka i-fiberglass preform ehambisana ne-flange geometry emgodini wesikhunta.
  • Ukujova i-low-viscosity resin ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa elilawulwayo kanye nengcindezi ukuze ugcwalise i-preform futhi ukhiphe umoya.
  • Ukushisa ukuphulukisa nokudiliza i-flange eqediwe.

Ama-resin ngokuvamile ayi-polyester engasetshenzisiwe noma i-epoxy, kuyilapho ukuqinisa kufaka phakathiamacansi e-fiberglass aqhubekayonoma izindwangu ezilukiwe. 4. I-Vacuum-Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM)

I-VARTM ilungisa i-RTM ngokujova i-resin ngaphansi kwe-vacuum. Le nqubo ihlanganisa ukuvala i-fiberglass preform esikhunjeni sowesilisa ngesikhwama se-vacuum, ukukhipha umoya endaweni yesikhunta, nokudonsa inhlaka ku-preform ngokusebenzisa ingcindezi ye-vacuum.

Uma kuqhathaniswa ne-RTM, i-VARTM ikhiqiza ama-flange ane-porosity ephansi, okuqukethwe kwe-fiber ephakeme, namandla aphakeme wemishini.

5. Ukubunjwa kokudlulisa inhlaka okusizwa yi-Airbag

Ukubumba kwe-RTM okusizwa nge-Airbag nakho kuwuhlobo lobuchwepheshe bokubumba obuthuthukiswe ngesisekelo se-RTM. Inqubo yokulungisa ama-flange ngale ndlela yokubumba imi kanje: i-fiber preform yengilazi emise okwe-flange ibekwe phezu kwe-airbag, egcwele umoya bese inwebeka ngaphandle futhi ivalwe endaweni yesikhunta se-cathode, kanye ne-flange preform phakathi kwesikhunta se-cathode kanye ne-airbag ihlanganiswe futhi ilashwe.

Izinzuzo: ukunwetshwa kwe-airbag kungenza i-resin igeleze engxenyeni ye-preform engafakwanga, iqinisekise ukuthi i-preform ifakwe kahle yi-resin; okuqukethwe kwe-resin kungalungiswa ngokucindezela kwe-airbag; ukucindezela okwenziwa yi-airbag kusetshenziselwa indawo yangaphakathi ye-flange, futhi i-flange ngemva kokuphulukisa ine-porosity ephansi kanye nezakhiwo ezinhle zemishini.
